The qualifications and Code of Conduct for being a member of TGEOC are straightforward:

• Be an adult who demonstrates good character, integrity, and leadership.
• Have a good reputation in your business, profession, or community.
• Be willing to serve others in your community or around the world.
• Agree to promote culture across business and deal-making.
• The desire to share in all kinds of food, language, music, dance, the arts, writing, plays, museums, heritage, and customs.
• A genuine respect for all religions while realizing they are vastly different.
• The honest respect for others with no desire to practice their religion and just the decency to realize they and their family honor it.
• An intrinsic love for foods of the world and culture.
• The promise to never engage in the villainization of other cultures.
• The realization of treaties ratified by the world through the United Nations.
• We are not politically affiliated and do not discuss or cover military operations.
• We follow the latest edition of Robert's Rules of Order for quorum, voting, and decisions.
• We follow and use all Society for Human Resource Management Recommended Guidelines (SHRM) for conflict resolution with our Chief Human Resources Officer, CHRO, Stormy Mongiello, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP.
• We don't post items about current world leaders or controversial political items, including vaccines and other health-related controversies. We follow and support the WHO.
• No salaries allowed, no drunkenness, no no-shows, no sale of lists or info, no drugs, and no over-promising.
